Weekend - full night time closure of A46 Brockworth Junction to Air Balloon Roundabout

Dates:

Saturday 13 July – 21:00 to 06:00am

Sunday 14 July – 21:00 to 06:00am

Access for residents and emergency vehicles will be in place. Please see the red line on the map shown highlighting the closure, with the approved diversion route shown in blue

Full overnight closures A429 Burford Road junction to Air Balloon roundabout

• Date: Monday 17June to Friday 28 June

• Time: Monday 17 June 21:00 – Friday 28 June 06:00

The first week is to prepare for installation of the contraflow which will be placed at this location. Installation of CCTV speed cameras, work will be taking place at Nettleton Bottom and Cowley roundabout location.

The second week will be initial installation of the contraflow, signage alignments, new road markings at above locations.

Full weekend closure between A429 Burford Road junction to the Air Balloon roundabout

• Date: Friday 28 June to Monday 1 July

• Time: 21:00 Friday to 06:00 Monday

You can expect to see the new contraflow in place from the 1 July. There will be narrower lanes and a reduced speed limit of 40mph.

The road will look different, so please take care, until you familiarise yourself with the new layout. Diversion routes will be in place and have been approved by Gloucestershire County Council.

Stockwell Lane Full Closure - Date: 1 July 2024 for 18 months

This lane will not be accessible during this time to prepare for construction of the new road and bridge building at this location.
