Internal and External Audit Reports
The end of year accounts and internal control procedures:
Accounts are audited quarterly by a member of the finance team and audited half yearly by the Finance Committee.
Annually the full year accounts are audited by an independent internal auditor (Iain Selkirk) and then by an external auditor (PKF LittleJohn Ltd)
The independent internal and external audit process we adhere to is known as AGAR. The document explaining the process can be accessed here.

Precept and Budget for 2024-25
The Precept is that element of your Council Tax that is paid to Leckhampton with Warden Hill Parish Council.
After 4 years of no increases, the Leckhampton with Warden Hill precept for the 2024/25 year will be £26.49 for a Band D property. As a Parish Council, we are not immune to rising costs and not to have increased the precept would have meant a cut in the services offered. Sadly, last year we also had to spend a lot of unbudgeted money repairing vandalism to the Salisbury Avenue MUGA.
The total precept for the year is £92,244, agreed at the Parish Council meeting of 10th January 2024.
For a copy of the Budget please contact Arlene Deane on 07739719079 or email clerk@leckhamptonwithwardenhill-pc.gov.uk
