This document provides the Notice of Conclusion of Audit 2019-20 by the external auditor, PKF Littlejohn, and the certified Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) Sections 1-3 for the financial year ending 31st March 2020. This is the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for the financial year 2019-20. The AGAR documents and supporting documents (End of year bank statements, reconciliation sheets, explanation of variance from 2018/19 to 2019/20) are all with our appointed auditor PKF Littlejohn. Once the external auditor has conducted its audit and produced its Notice of Conclusion of Audit, this will be uploaded to the website.

This notice gives details of the period during which the accounting records relating to the unaudited accounts of Leckhampton with Warden Hill Parish Council for the financial year 2019-20 will be available for public inspection. It also includes a summary of the rights of members of the public in relation to the Council's accounting records.
The 2019-20 accounting records will be available for inspection at the Parish Office, The Gate House, Cedar court, Humphris Place Cheltenham, GL53 7FB from Monday, 3rd August to Friday, 11th September 2020. Any inspection is subject to prior arrangement with the Clerk and will be conducted in line with COVID-19 social distancing protocols.
