Please see the Parish Council response here
The Parish Council is strongly opposed to any development on the land where Farm Road meets Church Road (designated CF5). The land is very highly protected from development through its immediate proximity to the AONB, the impact on the view from Leckhampton Hill, the protected ancient pear orchard and the ecological sensitivity of the land along Hatherley Brook.
The Parish Council has sent an interim response to Redrow/Black Rock Planning.
Further action/next steps will be discussed at the full meeting of the Parish Council on February 4th.
The site in question can be identified in this plan and the proposed development is for 42 homes with associated open space, access, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.
