Newlands Homes have made an 'Application for approval of Reserved Matters (conditions)' 21/00847/REM to build 22 houses (9 being affordable).

Hitchins originally owned the plot and won their appeal on 23rd March 2020 and were given outline planning for 25 homes on this plot

The application will be on the agenda for 27th meeting. Cllr Mears will draft the final PC response once all Cllrs have discussed the application and the public have commented.

We have an extension to the deadline to respond, we now have till June 4th.
