UPDATE Temporary Footpath Closure CHL 9, Leckhampton with Warden Hill :71442

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to
close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act,
1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath CHL 9 in the Parish of Leckhampton
with Warden Hill from its junction with Farm Lane at Ordnance Survey Grid
Reference (OSGR) SO 93679/19697 extending in a generally easterly direction for
approximately 290 Metres to its junction with CHL 10 at OSGR SO 93965/19739
and shown on the Order Map by a bold solid black line marked A to B.
The closure is necessary due to due to an unsafe path surface.
The Order will come into force on the 12th December 2022 and it is anticipated that
the Public Footpath will close on that day until 11th June 2023. After this date, if the
closure is still required, it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an
extension of time.
There is no alternative route.
