A copy of the Order and map (reference: 22/01522/FTP) can be viewed online, at the Borough Council's website at: www.cheltenham.gov.uk/publicaccess or in person, at Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA from 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Please book an appointment before visiting the Council offices by email at planning@cheltenham.gov.uk. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a cost of £1.00.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent by email to dccomments@cheltenham.gov.uk or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Planning, Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA, not later than 28 days from 12^th January 2023. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council for the Borough of Cheltenham may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
